The Lighthouse Christian College Parent Involvement Program has been introduced to encourage parents to become involved in the life of the college and to help build the Lighthouse community.
Families can either pay the levy or volunteer their time at designated working bees or community events.
Volunteers assist with essential tasks such as grounds maintenance, classroom setups, or event preparation and delivery, building stronger connections within the school. These events include the Twilight Fair, our yearly School production and working bees to help maintain and improve the colleges grounds and learning spaces.
Families opting out of articipation pay the levy to support these efforts. This system promotes fairness and shared responsibility in maintaining our college environment for everyone’s benefit.
The $100 levy will be credited to your account upon completion of your working bee or community event.
